I love this place. But the girl could not get my order right to save her life. I think she was new so I will give her pass.

Worst customer service ever. Some lady ordered 300 green glazed donuts for St. Patricks day and the company stated that they cancelled all online orders for the day and we were in their waiting for 15 minutes before anyone said anything and online orders are coming in. Very unprofessional and why would you be bagging up their order. You should have gave them the boxes of donuts and when passing them out you could ask them if they wanted a bag or a napkin. This is why Southern Maid is the best donut place.
Always good especially when the hot light is on!. If y'all have your covid shot and you can prove to them by showing your card you can get a Krispy Kreme donut for the rest of the year... What a deal and thank you Krispy Kreme
