Homer was soooo awesome EXCELLENT customer service. Explained all, gave us options, we left with a phone and accessories we did not know existed or needed. Will definitely return here.

Manuel am assume he's the manager at the store had to explain how to transfer one phone to another 3 times been waiting for 40 minutes to tell how it works and showing me it seems like he didn't wanted to help out never again go there at the store went to another store to really help out

Went to upgrade my phone. Yesterday I was waiting in line for over 30 minutes I was next to go inside the store and then I look inside there's only two customers in the whole store and like triple the workers I'm still standing outside waiting and they're having long conversations together and laughing and giggling there's like nobody in the store hardly customer wise but it's like three times the workers just running around have a nice day off I won't ever go back I'm from Harlingen the T-Mobile over here is completely different than the one in Brownsville terrible customer service

Came to the store for an iPhone 11 left the store with a bad experience, and Covid-19. Will never return there again.
