They are not robots to be fast the way people want them to be.. the insurances are the ones who take too long to authorize, or then doctors told you they will send the PRESCRIPTION and nothing, pharmacist have to call to ask for it, then they also need to make sure the medication is the correct one.. I DO NOT WORK IN A PHARMACY..these are things that happened to me... So people be people NONE of us are PERFECT .... sick? get your medicines or what ever you need ... I like that pharmacy and they always have any madicine I need
I was waiting for someone to help me find a medicine for more than 40 minutes. this is ridiculous
They dont care about helping people called 3 times for a refill and when was ready to pick up instead of explaining before that the insurance was not covering they wait until you REALLY need medicine and end it up paying just to get it fast horrible Customer Service!!!
Worse experience at a pharmacy. Spent about an hour there trying to figure out my son’s prescription and just after the pharmacy tech had it figured out to go get my medication, the pharmacy lady said they were closed and she could not serve me. With all my pleading and a sick child standing with me waiting for his medication she rolled down the door on me and closed it in my face. Needless to say I never went back. Please don’t go here, the pharmacist lady is so rude.
