I have not been disappointed once with the cakes I have ordered from this place. They rarely say no to a request. Example. I asked for a Mini mouse and Mickey Mouse cake (two cakes). There was a decorative feature I did no like and asked if they could add something else. They took the cake back and 15 minutes later what I asked for was done. The cakes are delicious, the craftsmanship (because they are always beautiful) is absolutely worth the price. How many times have I bought Cakes from them? 7 custom cakes, 1 trip to buy treats around Valentine’s Day and several trips to buy cupcakes and mini cakes. They are worth ever penny spent.

I drove from Houston to my cake tasting appointment, which was set for 12pm. Upon arrival I was told that my appointment was at 11 am and that the person who was responsible for helping me had waited for me for 30 minutes and that he was now gone. I told the girl she was incorrect and that my appointment was at 12pm. She told me I was wrong. She then added that I could purchase some cakes and sample them at home if I wished, or that I could come back whenever they were ready to help me. I never received an apology and I was never offered to speak to the manager. No solution was offered. Needless to say I did not return when it was convenient for them and I will not be purchasing anything from this business nor will I be referring my friends and family here. I can’t imagine the type of service I was to expect on my wedding day had I gone ahead and proceeded with purchasing from them.

It was a nice shop, but didnt have the thinks I was looking for. I'm a cookier and they didnt have any real variety of cutters.

I purchased a tres Leche cake for Christmas a day in advance. (With delivery s per website.) Lucky I called for a status because they could not deliver and I had not received a call from them.) In either case, I picked up the cake for a birthday on Christmas. When we started to cut and taste the cake, all the milk and moisture was gone. The cake was dry, even though we kept it in the refrigerator the day after it was made. (Sad.) paid a lot of money for such an embarrassing moment. It wasn't worth calling them back. (After the fact!)
