Went to buy a strawberry-vanilla cone, strawberry didn’t taste like it either the vanilla, an employee was filling in more ice cream and made a comment on how different the ice cream from before and the new one looked, business probably needs more experienced leadership, has, a way to go for good service. Didn’t eat much my husband woke up with stomach ache.
Change your hours on google. Don’t just put a sign on your door. You make people drive all the way from rancho viejo for nothing. (20 minute drive)
Been waiting here to pick up an order for 30 minutes and the employee hasn’t even started the order. She makes the order for customers coming in first instead of mine that I have already been waiting. I’m really not happy because this is the second time this happen to me. The same girl took forever to make a order because she was too busy flirting with a customer. I really encourage this place to get another employee to work to help out. Unacceptable service! Not happy at all!!!
They're ice cream bowls and cones are huge! And they give a ton of ice cream for your servings, it's yummy and such great eye candy!
