Always great food; regular menu items (sandwiches, pizza, salads, breakfast and bakery items) are top-notch and portions are generous. Short-term/seasonal items (often bakery items like cookies and muffins, but sometimes sandwiches and salads) are also usually pretty good. Staff are friendly and responsive to requests. In-store options also include beverages from a local soda distributor and coffee roaster, and they have the “good (crushed) ice” for your cold beverages. Always enjoy our visits to Blue Baker.

I went here during a business trip, and it was so delicious that I had to go back! They have yummy sandwiches and salads, as well as delicious smoothies! The wait time was fairly short, and they give you a buzzer to take to your table so you don't have to stand in line waiting for your food. Friendly staff, and excellent service!

Kids working here were very nice. Unfortunately, I wasn’t really impressed with the food selection. If I see “bakery”, I’m thinking cakes, pies, cappuccino, afternoon casual light dining. They had some cookies and a danish cream dry thing. I felt like I was in an airport food court. Gas station coffee looks better. Sorry guys, after reviewing the menu, I’ll just take a mango smoothie and we’re good :(

Have ordered the take out pizza and salad combo several times from two locations. Always satisfied. I appreciate the ease of the online order process and that there is a record of previous orders that keeps my preferences. The pizzas have fresh ingredients and crusts. I refrigerate and reheat leftover pizza in a cast iron skillet. This restores the crust to the correct crisp chewiness and melts the cheese

Online order was easy. Pickup and service were great! Ordered soup, sandwich, and pizza. Food was tasty, but was not expecting the pizza item. I guess I just read things wrong when ordering. Ordered a pizza with red sauce, cheese, and garlic. The red sauce was just a red swirl on top of the cheese. And, (my bad) had minced garlic from a jar. My bad since I assumed roasted garlic cloves. There was a lot of minced garlic jar juice on the cheese. I would describe it more as an appetizer style cheese bread than what I would consider a regular pizza. I guess I ordered incorrectly, or maybe I'm just too old for this new kind of pizza. Everything though, except for minced garlic, was tasty and super fresh. Am going back, definitely.
