The food is good, but the the manager is extremely rude, and expects you to wear your mask even while sitting down. If you stand in the wrong place while waiting for your food, she’ll yell at you. If you don’t stand EXACTLY on the little sticker while in line, she’ll yell at you. I came in with a sprained ankle the other day, and promptly got yelled at for simply leaving on a table that was marked off for “social distancing.” There were no other tables available, partially because the manager had left her binder on one of them and wasn’t allowing people to use it.nnMost of the employees are very kind and do their best to help you politely, but the manager is awful and extremely rude.
Was forced to wear a mask even while sitting at a table... there were other people on other tables not wearing masks either so it's strange how the lady did not tell the other folks to wear masks. It's probably cause I was sitting by myself--whatever. Customer service can be very much improved on. This is lucky to receive three stars
The food is okay and the customer service is alright. Nothing special but they get the job done. Food is moderately priced.
They denied me a free refill of their refillable coffee because I was sitting at the tables outside the building. I had bought the coffee only 30 minutes beforehand was only topping off my half drunken coffee because it was getting cool.
Coffee is super watered down. It's like if La Croix made coffee. Bagels are alright though. But look for coffee somewhere else... nobody needs this much disappointment in their life.
