Wow the service! The manager gave me and my friends free cinnamon donuts fresh, and went out of his way to let us know we could stay as long as we wanted, told us about the WiFi, and showed us the power out outlets. I’m absolutely making this my regular study spot; better vibe and more affordable than a lot of coffee shops! Good coffee too, they do all the standard drinks and good quality coffee to begin with. Please come and give the place more love!!!

Great tasting donuts and phenomenal service. One of the employees came out and explained the whole donut making process to us and even gave us free hot donuts afterwards. When my group was sitting at the tables eating he came back out and let us try fresh cinnamon sugar donuts for free as well. He was very friendly and had a huge smile on his face. Definitely will be coming back

Why are we not receiving hot original glaze donuts.

My first time coming was a couple of days ago, I showed up w mine and my husband's vaccine cards for a free donut. The lady at the window was in her pink pajamas and informed me that the person had to be present, but she would allow it this time. Her tone wasn't the friendliest, but I appreciated her allowing me to get the donuts. I told her thank you and she didn't respond.nnToday my husband and I went together, we ordered 1/2 dozen plus our 2 free donuts. I asked her if we could get them warm and she told me no bc we ordered filled donuts, which makes sense, so I asked if we could get our 2 glazed donuts warm and she said okay pull up.nnThe two donuts were cold, and I just figured no big deal, but then we noticed two of our chocolate filled donuts were not filled, just regular donuts, so we went back. We informed the lady at the speaker about the donuts not being filled and she told us to look at it sideways and we should see the cream. We told her we broke them in half and there was no cream. She said okay pull up. When we got to the window, I believe the manager came to the window. He was very polite and informed us that the machine wasn't calibrated correctly so it wasn't filling the donuts properly. He gave us a regular cream filled donut plus another one to make up for the mistake. He asked if we needed anything else, and that's when I brought up the glazed donuts not being warm. He informed us that donuts are only hot when the sign is lit up out front. He offered to heat them up in the microwave, but we passed and told him thank you for letting us know since we weren't aware of that. I wish the other lady had taken the time to explain that to me or just heated them up in the microwave. Leaving 2 stars bc the manager was very professional and informative. Other than that, the customer service and professionalism of the lady in the pink pj's definitely has room to grow.
