If you have a really open schedule and flexibility this place would be great for you. If you don't and expect your appointment to be the time you requested and the date, then go elsewhere. I made 3 attempts to book an appointment and of each time she approved the request and then changed the date and time entirely. That's not how a business should be ran when providing a service for potential customers. I have a busy and chaotic schedule and requested certain times and dates for a reason, definitely should contact your clients before making changes without their approval.. you lost a potential recurring client and I tip really well. oh well.
Melissa is amazing! She is professional, precise and my lash extensions always look fabulous. I’ve seen her countless times and have never been disappointed. My natural lashes are also much healthier thanks to her recommendations and expertise. Thanks Melissa, you are truly appreciated!
