Went to CryoFit to try it out. This was a very unique experience. I tried the recovery pump suit which squeezed tight a few times and really got the blood pumping. Then Matt helped start an infusion of Body Guard. If you need a pick me up...try this. I was on fire in a great way for a few hours after!nThen I hopped into the Cryo tank which was beyond exhilarating! Katrina explained everything so well and was super fun to be around while I froze my *** off!!nI will absolutely do that again. Staff is super warm and friendly. Treatments were simple and fun.
Sophia is the best! Great staff and the owner is so friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend all of it. From sauna to compressions to cryo! Worth the investment in yourself!
This place is wonderful; and the whole staff is kind and knowledgeable!nnThey always pre-heat the sauna, so it's at least at 135 at the start, even if you're the first appointment; if you like it hotter, just let them know ahead of time. ☺ufe0f
