I am a reasonable person and do not like to write bad reviews but felt the need to for this salon. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I had a horrible experience. I was in pain the entire hour and half, Neva (the owner) was my technician and she never explained what she was doing nor did she ever ask if I was okay although I kept squirming (due to back pain from being forced to lay in the same position for over and hour without moving and eye pain from the session). I have a very high pain tolerance so I just stayed quiet after she dismissed me when I kept telling her something is digging into my left eye at the beginning. I get Brazilians regularly and that pain did not even compare to this. She just kept saying “it’s fine” in an annoyed tone so I just stayed quiet till the end thinking this is just what I have to go through for lash extensions. Well it turns out the tape was digging into my left eye the entire hour and a half and left my eye red and irritated for over a week because it was deeply cut into. There is still a scar on my eye from the tape digging into it. When I called her a few days later, she basically stated I should have been aware of the risks when I signed the paperwork before starting the session. First of all, the risks never stated tape digging into and cutting your eye as a risk, it stated the glue might irritate your eye temporarily. My right eye was completely fine so no this was not an understood risk. The only way she was going to try to make it right was, as she stated, “Well I’ll just make sure to triple check next time.” No discount, basically no remorse for hurting her first time client. $250 for a full set and $83 for refills every 3 weeks is too expensive for a business owner who has no empathy or professionalism. I’ve spoken with girl friends who have gotten lash extensions for years and this has never happened to them. I suggest looking elsewhere for better quality work and a lower price.

I have been going to Neva for years, for eyelash extensions,facials, and massages. I have always had a great experience. A few times in the last 5 years I have taken my lash extensions off and amazingly I have no bald spots. I go every three weeks and always get compliments on them. The facial line she uses has wonderful products as well.. I have known Neva for years and know she is committed to giving the best service.

I had the best experience here. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. I had my first ever facial here and they made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!
