I rented a couple of units to store my goods when I moved here. Betty is very nice and patient. The man in the afternoon is also really nice and both are friendly and polite. The place is always spotless and cool. I honestly feel my goods are in great hands here and have slways been treated nicely. Highly recommend this business for your storage needs.
This is a clean, well kept facility, but the elevators are annoying. Being that this is a storage facility, the elevators should have a longer wait time and you should be able to hold the elevator while you finish loading everything on, but these elevators have sensors. If the elevators are held open too long, the sensors will mess up, causing the entire elevator to be out of service. Once out of service, it requires maintenance to come and repair the elevator. I wish I would have been told of this issue prior to renting the unit because it is extremely inconvenient. Otherwise, the price, customer service and cleanliness are good.

I got very good customer service from our manager at the location. The units were perfectly clean and secure. We got help when we needed it every step of the way.
