Penske Truck Rental

After reserving on short notice got call stating they did not have the size truck I needed. Offered a larger or smaller size but due to what I needed moved and navigating a small storage area it wasn’t going to work. The person on the phone talked in circles and acted annoyed that I had reserved on short notice. When I tried to explain to her that I had gotten short notice deployment orders and was trying to move out of my house she cut me off and told me they could call me when I needed the truck with availability. Terrible costumer service, I went with another company.

We got caught with our Penske truck in the fallout from two hurricanes. It delayed us in returning the truck (no hotels, no movers available - you name it). Penske was absolutely fantastic throughout. We didn't get charged for the extra days, and they didn't apply a service charge for not returning the truck full since there was No. Diesel. Anywhere. Huge kudos to all the 800 number folks, but especially to Nate at this location, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Penske was the only good thing about this trip - they've got a customer in me for life.

I dropped my Penske truck off at this location after a cross-country moving trip. Staff were pleasant and courteous, and there were no problems. I highly recommend Penske for moving.
