I can only say excellent things about the professional, patient and good service Michael provided me with at the Bitters location back in late June this year. He asked the right questions to know how he could better assist on what my husband and I were looking for and expecting on a high quality mattress.nHis knowledge and assertiveness are impressive. It took a while to write the review because as usually happens when acquiring a new mattress, we were not yet sure if the purchase had been the right for us in terms of comfort and quality. He asked us to give our bodies enough time to adjust to a new mattress before making a decision to switch it or even return it. Michael was right. Right in the model/type of mattress he suggested be a good fit for us, and right about the so important time factor. This courteous man seriously knows his business. We are very satisfied customers, and do recommend Factory Mattress for its unbeatable promotions and offers.

The business wasnt open til 12pm but the manager was in there and he let us in at 11 am and i was surprised how courteous and very customer service he was. Best day ever we bought 2 mattresses for our kids. Everything went perfect.. Thank you very much. This was 2 yrs ago. Now 2021 we went to buy a full size bed n perfect. The manager sent bed free delivery next day n guys were very courteous n nice. They were in time n helped put the mattress on frame. Thanks... From now on im gettn my mattresses there ...
