Buyer beware. We purchased the top of the line mattress Sterns & Foster Luxury Plush... Same brand we purchased 10 years ago....Had a great soft top...Was told they were purchased by Memory Foam and changed all tops to Memory Foam and that this one, the Plus is the softest...We said we would try it as they have a return policy, and was told by salesperson they would wave the restocking fee..., but we would have to pay for pickup fee...Only problem with that they didn't change or paperwork to state that....So had to pay $300 plus the $99.99 pickup fee..for a total of $400 for the unpleasurable nights(21 nights) spent that we had too endure per their return policy of sleeping.....

My husband and I wanted a good-quality queen bed for our guest room at a clearance price. We lucked out at Mattress Firm. We’d thought we’d have to comparison-shop at multiple stores, but we found great products and pricing here. Friendly salesman Rene Ramos helped us sort through our options without any pressure. He even let us combine offers (Queen for price of a twin and free adjustable base) AND discounted the delivery. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us his cell number in case of questions or problems. Very happy customers. Thanks, Rene!

Samantha is the most up front Rude sales person ever .. in the market for a king and a full bed but her rude ness and pressure to buy was over whelming.. Lady if u have been selling for years ... take a break ..and try customer service knowledge....and put a face mask on ...we want to fell safe from u too ....So u know.... people dont buy from rude people and your not helping the company at all ... 2 sales gone Mattress Firm at Basse
