Made a phone call to store at The Quarry. A gentleman named Rafael answered and assisted me through the process of ordering some linens for our new sleep number bed. Explained everything, did everything, made sure it was all done and product should be delivered shortly. Very convenient and very well done.

Peyton is the best! My husband and I had an amazing experience in the store. He actually let us test out the Beds and that’s what we want rather than saying on yeah this is the best one.nExcellent customer service Peyton. Jessica was extremely help and informative as we dropped in the Basse Rd Sleep Number Store. After listening to our preferences for our mattress, he share knowledge and options for our potential purchase. We were able to lay on a variety of mattresses and no pressure was given to us to purchase. We chose to go forward with our purchase and look forward to receiving our new mattress in about three weeks.

Bought a 4000.00 bed on September 8,2020. Asked for it to be delivered on October14,2020. Delivery truck came without bed. They said they had to back order part of it and it was shipped on October 13, 2020. I didnt know I was expecting package. They called their dispatch and they knew nothing but said they would call back in 1 hr to reschedule. Over 3 hours later I called because they never called. I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes and finally left a message to receive a call back. Still have no idea when or if I will receive bed. Poor customer service!

Peyton did a great job working with us. It was our first visit to a Sleep Number Store. We didn’t realize that we had been there well over an hour. He answered all of our questions and made us feel safe during the pandemic. Thank you, Peyton.
