Love this place! Best selection ever, the owner and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. You can't get pieces like this anywhere. I love to go to browse or shop, great great place. It's even fun to take out of town guests who are into design. I honestly don't check anywhere else for furniture anymore, they also have really unique pillows. Definitely visit. Be aware it is pricey but the quality is there, and everything is made from real wood not particle board. So you're buying things that will last.

Over the past few years, I have had a wonderful experience buying authentic mid century modern furniture from Period Modern. Ted, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and they have an amazing collection of furniture. Don't let the store front fool you, as this place goes on forever!! Their prices are very good and their staff are very friendly. They are always getting in great stuff, so if you see something you like, buy it! There is a good chance it won't be there on your next visit!!

Period Modern does an amazing job of procuring and providing the best in modern design. They also generously support the local music and art scene and have been hosting intimate shows in unusual settings for years.
