Your website is HORIBBLE. When calling, the audio is terrible. When they finally answer the representative talks impressively fast but I cannot even get one word in without them speeding through their entire dialogue. I understand that they do this 24/7 however, is it possible to slow down?

The visa team was very helpful and cooperative in ensuring that I had gathered all of the proper information- even suggesting ways to do it that would be more efficient. They reached out to me on a couple of occasions to re-confirm appointments and to ensure all was set. The final trip to complete the process was smooth and efficient. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I was truly impressed. I truly appreciate the spirit and effort. I felt welcomed to Mexico through the consulate. Muchas Gracias.

This one will not take permits but will tell u where to mail them the paper is only in Spanish

Called to mexitel 3x to just renew my father’s passport and got hung up all 3x just because I had asked them to please translate even though I pressed 1 for English. All we needed was an appointment to renew a non-expired Mexican passport.

Can't even get an appointment online nor on the phone.
