Started off the day with a stressful phone situation and had to go into T-Mobile store to get things sorted out - both the Store Manager and Nicole were SO AMAZING. They looked up current offers, saw what we qualified for, and my wife and I walked out with new iPhones! They were both attentive and responsive to our needs, and made the experience stress-free.

My experience at the store was really good. Vanessa is nice, and has a broad knowledge. I am pretty sure behind the face mask is a smile too.

One of the most disgusting experiences in a retail store. Incredibly inpatient, untrustworthy & rude personnel I’ve dealt with. I absolutely am going to call corporate to ensure the employees get additional training. *this after spending almost $500.
