I took my Martin D18 here a few months back for a binding repair (they were the only ones in town that would touch my guitar for that repair; I respect that kinda confidence). They did a great job on the repair, and it was much cheaper than I anticipated. I was in the neighborhood for a Martin D28, and thought of this place so they got my business there, too. Super nice staff and they're very, very knowledgeable. Always shop local instead of those chain guitar shops. This is a great shop and I'm lucky to have it near by!
I'm giving 1 star because I have to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owner has the personality like that of a premenstrual teenager. I get the paranoia of the mask thing, but that was no reason to act like a mad man. All I wanted was to drop my guitar off for a repair I didn't even need to go into the store. But after Mark made a fool out of himself in front of everypne on the sidewalk, y'all lost some customers. I'll never go here again.
Knowledgeable and super friendly staff. They had exactly what I wanted, a Fluke Tenor ukulele and the brand of replacement strings I wanted as well. The price for the instrument was on par with what other vendors sell it for.
Went for a guitar repair with not much knowledge of guitars, they were able to clearly explain what the problems were and any advice that could help, said it would take a week and I got my strat way earlier than expected. These guys give the best costumer service I have ever experienced!
Awesome service & advice. I highly recommend getting any new guitar set up here.
