Such a nice place to go for lunch. The cashier was very nice and the meal was delicious. I had a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and their broccoli cheddar soup. The soup is rich and thick with large chunks of broccoli and the cheddar mixed in just made the hot soup delicious on a cold day. Very pleasant.
There was no one else in the store, but they were behind, so we waited about ten minutes for them to make two coffees. Wow!!
Thats based on this visit. I always try to look at everything before I give a less than favorable rating. The food, accuracy and value was great! Service seemed slow. Coffee and pastry shouldn't take over 10 minutes to get.
The restaurant was clean and despite the current situation the staff was pleasant and the service prompt.nnI have their monthly coffee subscription which includes a selection of nice hot teas. It's nice to be able to order from the app and get a quick beverage while out running errands.
I would give negative stars if possible. Long story short, this location has become completely unreliable. Cannot get through to simply ask for a refund. When I called the customer care line, I was on the phone for 15 minutes trying to get a refund then the girl passed me to another person to start all over. My time and aggravation are not worth the cost of a salad. Tried to get info on a store manager/owner or regional supervisor - no luck. Don't order unless you have unlimited time.
