I’ve visited Bird Bakery many times and have always enjoyed the fresh baked goods and delicious lunch items. The service is always impeccable! But I had exceptional service Friday and wanted to share.nnWith Easter coming up the bakery was much busier than usual— but the service behind the counter did not disappoint. I did have to wait in line for quite a few minutes, but the employees behind the counter told me that they would be right with me in a moment. It’s always nice to let your customers know you are seen!nnYou could tell the employees were working as hard as they could and during this pandemic, I am grateful for all employees working in businesses like this one! Thank you Bird Bakery!

First time at Bird Bakery today! And won’t be my last!nnHad a lot of questions about the products and lunch items and Andrea was very helpful and kind! Got a California Turkey and Elvis cupcake! Both so so good!! Thinking of getting my birthday cake from there!nnA must try in SA!

My family and I decided to celebrate Pi (3.14) Day with some mini pecan pies. My first impression was definitely the price, but would buy again. The mini pies are to die for. Amazing cookies as well. ud83dude0b

Open sign in the window, customers in the business. We, being from the neighborhood, decided to stop and patronize local business.nnA shopgirl decided to tell us they were closed, shut the door in our face, and walk away. She suggested I talk to the manager.nn1. It is common business practice to post business hours for the public to see.n2. It is your business, there are other bakeries in the neighborhood.nnEnjoy your day. Consider this me contacting whoever runs this business.

We ordered the apple pie for Thanksgiving because it looked so good. I'm not even a huge apple pie fan but this thing blew my mind! Everything about it was perfect - there was no leaving the crust or leaving a crumb because it tasted so good. All together it was good but even if you just had a bite of apple or a bite of crust, it was impossible to be disappointed. I also grabbed some of the sugar cookies while I was picking up the pie and.... Equally as awesome. I don't think I will ever order a pie or cookies from anywhere else
