I have been a client for 2 years, I am a hard working college student that put my additional funds into Clarify for laser hair removal. I had an appointment coming up this month but was never contacted or aware that they went out of business. No email. No call. No text. I have invested over $800 into my treatments. I barley did 2... no one has reached out to me for reimbursement? My hard earned money is gone. I feel robbed.

I have been a client of Dr. Finder’s for one year. I have had wonderful interactions and treatments with both her and her staff for every encounter that I’ve had with them. However, last week I received an email from Dr. Finder explaining that she was permanently closing her practice due to the Covid outbreak. Her email was thorough and explained the financial difficulties she’d been going through. It seemed sincere yet she never once directly addressed any possible reimbursement for her clients that did not receive the full number of treatments that were agreed upon. Personally, I paid over $8,000 dollars and received less than half of my treatments. I worked very hard to save up for these treatments so I feel like not being reimbursed is unfair and undeserved. I sent her an email inquiring about a possible reimbursement but have not received a reply. I understand that she has been affected financially by the pandemic but so have many others and not reimbursing clients for the treatments that they did not receive seems unethical and unprofessional. This is the main reason why I only gave her two stars. Has anyone else experienced a similar circumstance?

I had gone over the years. They were professional and clean. I liked their service.nnI had treatments pre paid for and saw the email about permanent closure. I have reached out multiple times and have not heard back about how or if I could get the money back.

I have no idea why no one is answering me (phone&emails)i am trying to schedule appointment its been so long so far since i had my last one, IDK! Most of the places are back to work except them, they don’t even send emails or anything!

Simply a woman without ethical principles as a professional who took advantage of the Covid 19 pandemic to keep my money and apparently other patients like me who trust her, we have suffered a pandemic and she got richer without any kind of regrets, I had to pay the first day for my full 6-session treatment and she only gave me 1 session, closed the clinic and kept all the money, that's called theft, I wrote a letter to the Board of Medicine ...
