Angela was very helpful, and very courteous.nnUpdate: So, after a few years of being here, the prices rose on me about 3 or so times. Started at 50/month, ended at 97/month. Be careful with it all. You might end up paying more down the line. Great service though. They really do what they can to help, but the price jumps were enough for me to give 2 stars.
I rented a storage space here for about a year while I was out of state. Best experience I have ever had renting a unit. The set up was easy and I was able to move stuff in that day. Checking out was a breeze as well. They are very efficient. Alex, the manger at this location, was awesome. He answered all my questions and explained everything until I understood. He was polite and even gave me a call back to make I had all my information in order. Would definitely recommend this place!
Arrived at 5:52PM when the location I inquired on was scheduled to close at 6. Made it very clear that I did not have a ton of time and needed to have my storage unit selected and rented before 9am the following morning. Once I established this expectation, the employee that was helping me was very disgruntled because of my request to see the unit before I chose to rent it. (Made it very clear I am not going to rent something I have not seen yet.) he complained and essentially made me seem like I inconvenienced him to show me the unit. Very unprofessional and I did not seem like he was concerned about my time nor my needs. At the end of the tour, I decided to go with this location because pricing was reasonable and as we progressed through the tour, his demeanor changed. I also told him before the tour that I would be finished with everything by 6:10-6:15 at the latest. Was not impressed with customer service at all. I reviewed this as a 4 star because the pricing is great and the facility is very clean!
The sign up was so quick and professional. Within 10 minutes I was on my way to my new storage unit. The unit was very clean and ready for me to move in. They also offered the lowest cost alternative in my area.
The staff was very helpful and caring about my storage needs. Alex was extremely thorough about the rules and regulations. As a past and current client the staff has always been attentive.
