Very friendly & helpful manager (Jordon). Facility kept up with very nicely. The times I’ve stopped by my unit, I’d see the site manager out sweeping parking area & keeping the facility nice & clean. If you’re looking for a safe place to store your things, I 10/10 recommend this location in the 281/1604 area!

I have been using extra space storage for years and never had a problem until this time. When first get there to drop off the code did not work to get in and had to be updated. Next drop off oh and did mention the scary elevators and doors going down while you are still loading. This time I was unable to lock my unit after loading everything into it and told my unit has a ticket in to be fixed and offered unit next to it again having to move everything over. Low and behold not only was that the last unit but the door slammed down if not held and told as well had a ticket in on it. I was not offered another larger unit as same price. Also it is hot to be “climate” controlled. I’m still in original unit with a lock that was rigged by staff and it is now easy to get into. Already stressful situation escalated quickly as it was one thing after another.

Jordon was extremely helpful with me and finding what I needed. She was extremely welcoming and definitely made the effort to still ask questions to make sure she was providing me with the best options. Definitely grateful to have been helped by such an outstanding employee.
