I rented a unit for around a year, COVID made things tight during that timeframe and Matt Szenasi the Property Manager was VERY helpful and considerate with options during my financial crisis. He really helped me a lot all the way until I was able to stop renting the unit. Thanks Matt for all the help. This is the best storage unit I have rented in San Antonio by far, and I definitely will do business here again one day if I find myself back in the city.

A-AAAKEY Mini Storage was (is) GREAT they really helped us out when our daughter had a Stroke, and we needed a place to store her belongings until we could return from Nevada to recover them.nThey really went out of there way to help us!
