I have reserved the storage unit on Sunday after hours. We were able to get in to the facility and faced with an obstacle. Bill(manager) saw us and reach out to assist. His dedication to provide customer service was exemplary. We were able to have access to our storage immediately. He was assisting us even though it was his off day. Definitely suggesting this place to everyone!
We have been using this location for several months now and are so pleased with the service provided by the managers, the cleanliness of the facility and the availability of carts to help move things in or out quickly. They always go above and beyond what is required—bringing us cold bottles of water when they can see we are exhausted or tossing us a lock and charging to our account to save us time. Always friendly and offer sound advice on how to best store furniture when asked.
The service I received was excellent! They were very friendly and helped me out with my storage needs. The security here is better than most places, I feel like my belongings are in a safe place now. I highly recommend!
I’ve utilized a storage unit at this location for almost 3 years. The managers at this facility have always been courteous, professional and attentive to my needs. They always have dolly’s available and the building is clean. I’d definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.
This dotage unit was amazing and would recommend it to everyone. Customer service was good and helpful. They go above an beyond for their customers!!
