The owners were very friendly from the start, they showed me the unit I wanted, went through all the paperwork details and saved me a lot of time. Very nice people and I would highly consider renting through them. The campus is nice and secure, and multiple get access. Perfect for where I live.

We've been using Key storage for many years. We live in Hawaii and my daughter is a student at UTSA, during her trips back to Hawaii we have been putting her belongings and car in one of their units. They are always helpful, friendly, and they go out of their way to help us.

So far its pretty great. The owners are really helpful. I needed a size up for storage and they were happy to help me switch. The carts there are also helpful for the smaller units

As soon as we entered the office, Cindy greeted us and as she had a customer, politely asked us to please wait. Then, when it was our turn, she was extremely helpful in providing all the info we would need, including info regarding specials, that it was quick and easy to figure out what I would need to store my belongings. Steve showed us the entryway device at the front gate and explained how I would enter my code. Then we took a short walk to the unit in was interested in and after a few checks to see that everything was up to code (my friend helping me with the packaging is a retired fireman who did inspections for a years b4 retiring) and found everything to be cool, I went back to the office and completed my transaction. Thank you Cindy and Steve for helping me making my first time experience pleasant and educational. I would recommend Key storage to anyone looking for a well kept facility and for Steve and Cindy being so courteous and informative. Sincerely, Carol Gonzales
