My husband and I recently went in and met with Glen who helped us with our unit rental. We called ahead and he was very professional over the phone so we were looking forward to meeting with him. When we arrived he walked us through the process of picking out a unit that would fit our needs. He also gave us a tour of the facility. We've rented storage units before and we were pleasantly surprised at the how clean, safe, and organized this facility is. Glen made our experience easy, efficient and very convenient.
I was first impressed by the incredibly friendly answering service. When I arrived at the facility, the manager (Hike) had already reserved a unit for me. I really appreciate how the security of the building is organized with outdoor elevator access and personalized pin access. The pricing is great and the process was short and sweet.
Fantastic place. Extremely professional staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Floors so clean you could eat off of them. Tight security, and climate is perfect for storing sensitive things. Sorry I had to move out if the area, or I would be a customer for life.

The two older gents running this storage facility are awesome! Very professional and courteous. I came in one Saturday and the gent gave me a great tour and walked with through the signup process. The next Saturday his partner was there and he signed me up! I’m looking forward to a great experience storing our stuff here. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
