I had a local move of a one bedroom apartment from a second floor unit to a first floor unit. Prior to moving, I was assured by the phone rep that the movers would have the tools necessary to finish the move. Lo and behold, they do not have the tools to take apart a weight bench which I was told they would be able to do. Ultimately, I had to rush back to the old apartment to break that down and cram it into a small sedan.nnOn top of this, they wanted to charge me $9 per picture for all of the pictures I had laying around. Other moving companies just bundled pictures together using shrink wrap, but they wanted to charge me for individual wrappings for each picture.nnEven with me packing boxes, it took the movers 5 hours to move a simple one bedroom apartment with no especially heavy objects like safes or pianos. I ultimately was charged $925. Any other moving company has managed to move this same stuff in maybe 2-3 hours, and generally the costs are between $350 and $450.nnThe movers themselves were nice, but I'm still out a large sum of money on a move that wasn't even fully completed. None of my items were even reassembled at the new apartment. I had to tell them to just stop so that I wasn't getting charged an even more exorbitant amount.

They were very efficient and fast! They got everything moved very quickly! I would definitely hire them for my next move! Cory was very helpful and considerate of our time! He offered to install our washer and dryer which was even better! Service was GREAT! If you need to hire anyone for your move hire these guys!

Chase and Ant were great! They were on time and helped my family with the move to our new apt! They handle all our furniture with care and ease! Very respectful. Would recommend to my friends and family for their future move. I would use them again. Thanks guys!

Joshua and Josue were very sweet, and helpful. Very fast and efficient. I didn’t have a single issue with how they handled the job. They were friendly , and moved everything with no complaints. I appreciate how gentle they were with my fragile items. They did a good job making sure to set my apartment up afterwards for me as well. :)

Coryn, Mike, and Ant arrived on time, and moved A LOT of furniture and other items from my home. They all were courteous, and careful with my belongings. The job was a big one and they were AMAZING throughout the entire process. I will definitely be using this company again when I need to move from storage to my new home. Thank you all so much for making a very difficult experience a bit smoother. You are great!!! Five Stars!!!
