Great customer service! Melanie did her best to help me. She is awesome! I was also greeted by almost all staff members. The showroom is small. I was expecting to see more. Love the fact that most items can be customized. I highly recommend this store.
Not only is the furniture of the highest quality, but so are the people. Everytime i walk in i feel like they make it a point to make me feel welcomed. Its nice to know with so many retailers going online that there is still companies out there that prioritize quality people. I've only ever received the best service here and highly recommend this store. You get what you pay for with Restoration Hardware San Antonio.

Loved my experience, everyone was so friendly.
Poor experience with RH. Was in La Cantera gallery working with Jamie. Selected a rug based on the swatch in front of me. She ordered a completely different color rug. Realized that when rug was delivered. When trying to return it, I was told by gallery personnel it was a “final sale” rug. No exchange or return possible. Their mistake cost me $$$. Normally love RH & have ordered multiple furniture pieces in the past. Hesitant to shop there again.
