Office Depot

Sherri helped me this morning with some printing from a email. I didn't know what I was doing. She guided me through the process and the printing was perfect. I tried to give her a $20.00 tip which she wouldn't accept. Sherri is very knowledgeable in her job and a asset to the company. My experience couldn't been better. Thanks Sherri, I know where I'm going next time I need printing.

Brian, Service Advisor was rude to me today. I came in to purchase PrePaid VISA cards. Within 30 seconds of me walking to the area of the cards, he said said, “Can I help you?” with a firm face with no smile, as if I had no business in here. I felt like this was 1970 in the Deep South and racially-profiled. If this is how Office Depot treat their customers of color, then I plan to let everyone on Facebook & social media know about this incident and plan to take my business to else where. This is the worst that I’ve ever been treated at any retail business.

You have to ask for help here but when you do you get really good service. Nicholas was on cashier duty but he help me out on the floor and was knowledgeable about what they had is stock and where I could find it if they didn’t. Overall great experience. Thank You!

I want to start off with saying it’s a really nice store at a really good location and I always used to go here until a recent experience that happened. I happened to go there today(Aug 27, around 4pm) for printing out my business card and some flyers.nnThe guy at the print section ( wearing glasses and sort of curly hair ) was the best example of being incompetent and unprofessional. I had to repeat everything I was saying three times just to get my message across. Not sure if he had smoked before coming to work or what. Then when I asked him for the prints he told me to come the next day because he was busy at another job.nnLastly I asked him for a quote on the flyers I wanted to do. And he quoted me 760$ for 500 flyers one sided just so that I go away and he won’t have to deal with me.nnI just want to bring this up because I’m a business owner and I went there because those business cards and flyers were important for me and I had to take out time to be there and take care of this. And that guy did a perfect job of wasting my time. I would do a negative rating if I could.
