Nice place. Easy to spend a pile of money in a hurry, but you I expect these couches to last many many years.
Love the swivel chairs they custom made for me. So pretty and comfy. Ms. Susan was very patient and helpful to me with picking the fabric. Thank you so much!
Way Over priced. Not competitive with other furniture retailers in many aspects. For example look at Texas Furniture Hut, Primitives Furniture & Accessories, Louis Shanks Furniture, and CuratedTX.
Brought in my sisters barstool and expertly and inexpensively repaired it like new
We ordered a table on October 24. It was supposed to take 10-12 weeks to be delivered. It is now 14 weeks and we have heard nothing. After 12 weeks I called, and they said they would check and get back to me. Nothing. After 13 weeks again I called and was told it was in a container being shipped from India. We were not told that this was not a local product. Another call and I was told it would be in Dallas on Feb 5. I stopped by the store twice and sales people were quite abrupt about why I was asking where this was. It is now Feb 13 and still not a word from the store. Their customer service is terrible and I still do not have a table and not any contact from the store to explain or apologize for the delay. I cannot recommend this company at all. The good news is I can find the exact same table on Amazon. Same manufacturer and everything.
