The entire experience with Mattress Firm was a GREAT one. David G. (DeZaVala location, San Antonio) went above and beyond to answer ALL of our many questions, and at no time did we feel any pressure to purchase. Since Mattress Firm was the first stop in our bedding learning/buying process, my husband and I thought we should at least look at a couple of their competitors locations. I’m glad we did, but our continued search produced an experience nothing like that of Mattress Firm. Not only could (would) the competitors work with us on pricing in any way, the outstanding customer service we found at Mattress Firm could not be surpassed in any way.nTHANK YOU, David G. We previously purchased a mattress for mother-in-law and returned to buy a second one for us. David, our salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding which mattresses would benefit my husband and myself, being two distinctly different body types. He was courteious, friendly and delightful. We highly recommend this store and David!
