I’ve been shopping at Ashley for years and let me tell you that no one has left an impression like Richard Guerra did. He was extremely patient with me. Made sure I was approved for a loan to purchase my furniture and also made me feel at home. Thank you Richard Guerra for loving your job. It truly shows. You’re awesome. My daughter and I enjoyed out time at this store. Will continue to shop at Ashley furniture!!

My experience was a pleasant one due to Stephen’s (Sarge) professionalism. Although the items were above budget, Stephen was able to articulate the product’s value based on their Black Friday specials. My last experience with this Ashley store some year and half ago didn’t went so well. However, I took a chance based on the Black Friday deals. My experience the second time around was much better. If the delivery goes half as well as the purchase, I will definitely shop a third time at the location off Pat Booker & 1604.

Armando over at Ashley furniture is awesome he will work hard to make sure that your happy with your purchase and will make sure he gets you the best price for the items you are purchasing this will be my second time purchasing furniture from Ashley in the last 9 months and Armando helped me both times. I am very happy with the customer service I received from him. As well as everyone else that works at this location everyone is so friendly and greet you the moment they come in contact with you. I will continue to make any future purchases with Ashley for my furniture I am pleased with the quality of the products as well as the friendly atmosphere while in the store shopping. Keep up the great work Ashley furniture staff!

It was GREAT! We bought a beautiful leather electric reclining living room set on the 30th. t I don't have our salesman's name but he made our experience very enjoyable. I do know he has 6 daughter's and a great mama. ud83dude0a We have always had Ashley furniture. We just handed down the living room set we bought 25+ yrs ago and still in great condition to our daughter. THANK YOU for our beautiful furniture, we can't wait to get it here. The Johnston's

Hector is very pleasant and easy to work with. The store has some beautiful pieces of casual furniture, which is what I was looking for, so I was able to purchase area rug, pouf, small very plush sectional, and 4 DR chairs. Delivery is a ways out.n“3 to 4 weeks”, but the sectional is worth the wait, IF that time frame is in fact accurate. ud83eudd1eud83cudffcIf it comes to my home in 3 to 4 weeks, I will change rating to 5 Star. Dates are changing already. From 3-4 weeks to 7 to 9 weeks, but Hector assures me items will be here before that. Getting annoyed as I was warned about this exact thing.
