Very cool store. In full transparency, I won a contest and received sharpening of 5 knives. I took extras in to get them done as well and paid for the extras. I also treated myself to a few other treasures for my kitchen. Mini was so extremely knowledgeable about knives, cutting boards, sharpening, and all facets of cooking (she is a chef as is her husband).nnAsk questions and have fun!
Dominique taught me how to use a knife like a chef 15 years ago. I was afraid to use “real” knives because I thought I’d cut myself when it’s actually the exact opposite. There’s no going back once you have right knives - cooking becomes so much more pleasurable! Mimi and Dominque are not only amazing craftspeople they are amazing humans. I highly recommend heading to their new store and treating yourself to something that will change the way you cook forever!
