Daniel was extremely helpful and it happened to be perfect timing that I met him and came into this location to buy a mattress because I’m moving in April and it’s been on my list! Was in and out in ten minutes plus free delivery to my home, couldn’t be happier. Bo was also very nice. I’m happy with my purchase and these guys are the best! Prices are great, as well.
This is the third time my family has bought mattresses (me twice, daughter once) from Mattress Firm with Marc helping us make our selections. In all instances it was Marc who made it possible to select the right mattresses at the the right price. He is the only reason why we went to Mattress Firm for our purchases. I would highly recommend that Marc be sought out first by anyone who is in the market for a bed.
I just moved to Texas and was looking to get a mattress for my new place. Bo was my sales representative and was absolutely awesome. He knew all the background behind the mattress selection they carried, what I needed to know and helped me pick out the perfect mattress. I can’t wait to get it delivered in just 36 hours from purchase! They had the best prices (even online was the same price) and the best service!
The manager, Taylor, was great in trying to find the pillow I was looking for since they didn’t have it there. She found where I could get it, paid for it there, and gave me name and address. I went over to that Mattress Firm where Ramon was ready with it! So easy and both we’re so gracious!
My wife & I were in the market for a FIRM king-size mattress. We had ordered one online, but it was not as firm as advertised, so we returned it and decided to try a brick & mortar store. The store manager, Mark, was very helpful and showed us several mattresses in our price range. In the end, we ended up buying a more expensive mattress than we had planned, but I think we will be much happier with it. Our shopping experience was so positive that we decided to also buy a queen mattress for our guest room.
