We were looking to add some sectional pieces to our existing setup so my wife called ahead and Tom took the call, he was very patient and answered all her questions, we scheduled a visit that day. Tom met us and showed us all they had to offer, he was patient never pushed us in any direction and let us make a decision on what we wanted. He gave us all our options and even did a layout to make sure our furniture would fit in the living room. We left very excited but more so really enjoyed our experience. Staff was friendly and we were never rushed. Will definitely be coming back!

We went with the intentions just to buy a table, we ended up ordering a fireplace, a dining room set, a dinette set, 2 stools and a bedroom set. I'd say we were impressed by not only the person that took care of us, but of the quality of the furniture. I'm praying the delivery and customer service is as outstanding as the in store experience.

Janet was great not a stalker, and was there at any point we had questions. We were there to just see what might be a possibility, and then found something that was perfect. Jan swooped into action, let us know the different configurations, told us about the great fabric protector package you offer, printed out a hard copy of the configuration we liked, let us look at the rest of the store, and then sent us a link we will be purchasing the piece with today...all in all AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!

Overall we are extremely pleased with the couch we purchased . The reason for the lack of 5 star review is 2 things. 1. Is our sales person Lee. The level of service received from him is disgraceful. I bought a sectional based off what was shown on the floor. The floor model had 3 electric recliners . After paying for the couch as I walked out of the store he chased me out and said I would have to pay $100 extra to have the couch as shown. What I paid for only the 2 end pieces would be electric. How do you not tell the customer this upfront . For $100 a concession should of been made to give me what I was told I was buying . We decided not to pay the extra because we didn’t want the cord running in the living room for the extra piece. Then he promised a follow up .. never got one . He wasn’t friendly during our whole transaction either .n2. When we walked into the store no one offered to help. Please don’t assume because your customer doesn’t fit a certain prototype of what you feel your target customer base looks like that we cant afford to shop here . We came in looking to buy whatever we chose in cash.nnWhen our couch was delivered there was a foot missing too.nI will say the manager I spoke to have us a courtesy refund for the damage .nnOverall train your people to be more courteous and knowledgeable about your products on the floor. Especially one smack in the middle of the store alone the aisle which leads me to believe it’s one of the more popular items .nHoping $3500 for a couch the quality lasts ...

Pete Lopez was very helpful in identifying our needs and showing us his best recommendation based on those needs. The process for securing the item was simple and efficient. Would like to have had it delivered earlier, but that was out of their control.
