Everything about Living Spaces is impressive. From their large selection, the prices, down to the option of paper towel OR hand-dryer in bathroom. I love having options, even down to that very detail. But let me tell you about the service! They have something every unique going on, a no pressure but very well-informed on product-knowledge approach. This feels very modern and smart. I was there to help my best friend choose sofas for her house, but had been in the market for a new bed myself. I encountered Aaron in the bedding department, who did a great job of explaining the layout of the department, pricing, and gave me all the information I needed to choose, not feeling pressure by him, but only, by pricing I felt like I had to act on because it felt ‘too good to be true’. Emily and Troy did a great job at helping us find exactly what we need! Troy is a sleep expert and knew exactly what we needed for a new mattress. He helped us find the happy medium. Emily helped us with finding our bed set and the chair my boyfriend was looking for! Amazing customer service and great prices. We didn’t feel pressured in any way, and when we did need help the sales associates got us squared away with exactly what we needed. We went to this store first when we looked for our recliners and love seat, and after browsing at Living spaces, we went to a handful of other stores. None of the other stores had these great prices, and the amazing quality of service provided at Living Spaces. 10/10 would recommend shopping here for your home.
