Customer service is not a priority at this location. Take your business elsewhere.nThey said an appointment is not necessary, however, expect to wait a long time with no acknowledgement (mid day, mid week). A customer left, and the staff talked and helped each other rather than attend to the next customer. The manager was out to lunch. When she arrived, she was unable to help due to a conference call. There is no urgency to assist new customers. Again, customer service is not a priority.

This T Mobile location is AMAZING. CLEAN AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMERS. My son told me to come here because i had some questions about my bill. hands down the best experience ive had so far. Will definitely refer my friends and family here. My experience was great!

We received such excellent service from Reagan and all the staff at this T-Mobile store. Reagan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and she helped answer all of my questions and with a smile. I will definitely be returning to this store next time I need any assistance!

Stopped by last minute for help with bill and was greeted and helped by location manager veronica who went out of her way and seemingly made my problem her problem and resolved issue with a smile on her face. Made me feel confident in my service provider and I will bring my business to her location moving forward.

Great energy great store. Was stopping by just for options and ended up leaving with a plan and brand new phone. I love it!
