They have some good deals but you have to be careful. Some times Amazon has the same thing only at better price.nnThey have no inventory. They will advertise having something on other websites and when you click to their site it shows out of stock. If you are looking for PC parts go to Amazon, B&H or New Egg. Skip Best Buy and their no knowledge blue shirts.

Terrible service. Waited around, looked for someone to help, and eventually got a nice gentleman. Bad service.

Tech that assisted me was super helpful. Walked me around the store helped me find my products. Ended up in the computer section and he was going to ring me up there. I asked if they had any energy drinks, so he walked me to the front counters got me a drink and then rung me up there. Didn't rush me or anything.

They run their curbside service very efficiently. I also like their price match guarantee even though there were some glitches during chat with a rep when I recently tried to get a price matched. All of the products my family and I have purchased here lately have been high quality.
