We had a fantastic experience at Fort Bend Music Center! Chris was phenomenal to work with. He very generously provided us with a lot of his time and knowledge as he guided us around this fantastic store. He really helped us to carefully select the right piano for our family. Although I can't speak to what their prices are generally, I can say that on the day we went I could not find a better price anywhere online, by about 10-20%. Thank you so much Chris and everyone else at Fort Bend Music Center!

We worked with Chris here to buy a piano and I have to say that he was amazing to work with. He gave us all the information we needed and did not pressure us at all. You can tell that he is extremely passionate about music which makes him especially fun to work with. We will certainly be coming back here again in the future and we will definitely be asking for Chris.

The folks at Fort Bend Music Center and the sales manager, Chris Cine in particular, were awesome. In my first contact with them over the phone I had expressed an interest in a particular model of Yamaha digital piano. Although this model was not immediately available at the San Antonio store, they arranged to have it brought in from Houston for my examination – it was available in less than a week’s time. I was able to compare this model to others – both digital and acoustic – at the store. There was never any feeling of pressure to purchase. All questions were answered fully. I did purchase the piano and after-the-sales support has been exceptional including prompt delivery and help interfacing the piano to other electronic devices. Definitely one of the best shopping and purchasing experiences I’ve encountered. Highly recommended.
