We upgraded an iPhone based on a promotion not honored by the store location. We were informed the credit would appear between 1-2 billing cycles. After we didn’t notice the credit several billing cycles later, we called the store location to inquire about our plan and were informed the Store Manager was no longer employed and several customers were experiencing the same issue. Belen Soliz (GM) was looking into the issues caused by their Manager and honoring the promotions; however, she was only able to apply a portion of the credit during 2020 and asked to contact her again in 2021 to apply the remaining credit. Prior to receiving the first portion of the credit, I asked her to provide our agreement in writing to avoid the run around in 2021. She has been given me the run around since January. I am getting frustrated with lack of follow up and the constant run around. For those reading this review, there are other Sprint/TMobile locations that aren’t functioning this way. It’s completely unacceptable that’s businesses are still functioning this way. I have been a long standing Sprint customer for 15+ years.

Location doesn't exist

Go talk to Destiny and her staff! They were amazing in getting me my new phone, even transferred all my info over for free. I will be going back to that Sprint store!
