CATS Cellular Accesories Tech Store and Repairs

I have used CATS cellular accessories Tech Store since they opened years ago. They always have the best cell phone accessories and other interesting things as well. I find the prices to be the best in San Antonio and their service is always friendly. I use them for my business and personal phones, always with great results.

Terrific shop. I feel obligated to write this review because this small gem in hidden among other small shops inside the Alon HEB. These guys are friendly, honest, and quick. They are very focused on my happiness. Frequently I'll go in with problem A, and they'll say, No, It's Problem B which they may fix in a jiffy for free. I trust these guys and feel they are very fairly priced. In-house techs. Today I needed new screen for my iPhone. Dropped off at 9a, picked up at 1p. I have had them repair a few of my family's phones.

I've been going to this location for 3 - 4 years. Always helpful, friendly, good selection, very fair pricing.

Extremely disappointed. I got a glass screen protector from these guys. They installed it on my phone. 3 weeks later while wiping off finger prints, it slid right off. When I went back, they said that is because of the curved glass. And some nonsense about earning everyone which did not happen. If they had told me that there was no adhesive except on the very edge, I'd have never bought it. I thought they would stand behind their products, but instead it was too bad for you.nnSpend the extra bucks and get a quality product from a reputable company that will stand behind their products.nnUPDATE: This was obviously a defective product or faulty installation by they staff. I watched the individual install the screen and he only pressed down the middle if the phone when installing. If they know that there is no adhesive in the middle and they never pressed the sides.nnThe individual working never offered any of the options stated in the owners response to this review.

First to the customer with the messenger bag, I was in the store when the situation happen, and 1st she did not buy one of their handmade all leather bags, she bought a lower-priced canvas bag that came from a company that makes them. I have bought a couple of they're all leather handmade bags and they are amazing.. Second she lost a part off that bag, the bag was not broken in any way, I saw it. Although it did look dirty. She then demanded that the poor guy behind the counter give her a whole Brand New Bag due to the fact that SHE lost a part off the bag,...... she didn't even take the bag back with a receipt nor packaging at all. The store obviously couldn't give her a Brand New Bag because she lost a part off it, like Common Sense would tell you, but the poor guy behind the counter still went out of his way as a person to tell her he would contact the company to get her a new part that she lost off of the bag for her on his time. So this guy even went out of his way to get the part for her despite how rude she was being to him,on his time and HE even paid for it out of his pocket I think. He was also in no way ever rude nor condescending. I don't know how he had the patience to stand there and allow her to act so terrible to him and still go out of his way as a person to try to help her. It just goes to show you how horrible some people can be as a customer, to someone just because they're at the store helping you... I also heard her say she bought this bag several weeks ago not two days.nI have bought everything for my phone from them, some of their handmade leather bags, and have had the best customer service I have ever had. Don't believe everything you read. I rate these guys 5 stars.
