Big shout out to these guys Aaron and Dwayne I came in looking for a new phone and plan. They really helped me out and hooked it up.

The tmobile reps were courteous and knowledgeable. Wait time is very fast compared to the AT&T store I went to prior to the Tmobile store.nnChanging my old carrier to Tmobile was fairly easy and took about 30 minutes. And Tmobile service is good. I'd go to this store if thinking about changing cell carriers.

They are best service. I thank God to them!

Rude employees , asking for help with my phone that does not work and all I get is to call customer service!nTalking to one employee and has the nerve to walk away and talk to another customer!!nnTalked to customer service on the phone and they helped me out more !

I had spent 7 hrs on phone with Tmobile/Sprint the day before trying to migrate Sprint phone to a new Tmobile plan. No one said the phone may not work properly. The new 'merging' of both parties is NOT a reality..finger pointing all around with the left hand not knowing about the right hand issues. I was finally advised to go to a physical store which for me was 70 miles away (In San Antonio). People were friendly and seemed very interested in ensuring and wanting your issues/questions fixed and answered. They admitted that they too (employees) were trying to get their heads wrapped around all of the merger issues and new tech for integrating all of the systems. Long story short here, at first T Mobile computer said that my Sprint phone was not compatible (LGG8-one year old) with their system and that a new phone or stay with Sprint were the only options. A technician then did some 'fiddling' with phone settings, etc and got my phone and original number to work with new TMobile plan with 99% capability. Some problems remain with 'authenticating issues.' Tmobile app won't work on phone, but works ok on computer; PRL & Profile updating fail, as does Wi-Fi calling and the new Tmobile Scam Screener app. Sprint caller-ID still works tho. I do have outstanding DL speeds just like I did with Sprint. Different radio bands for Tmobile and Sprint are at the forefront here. Interestingly, the phone startup and shutdown screens are still Sprint although it says 'Tmobile' at the top of the screen. I think my phone is now a 'hybrid' but I can live with the downside issues for now.
