Very good! The lady that checked us out was very friendly and comical. Nice to know someone was enjoying their day and job! We found just what we needed too!

My experience was not pleasant. I went in to exchange a perfume my husband had gotten for Christmas. As I was standing at the counter there were 3 associates standing 3 feet away from and not one came to me until after 6 to 8 min. And they did see me because I made eye contact with 2 of them. Once I got the attention of one ladies she seemed like she didn't want to help me. I'd ask her to sample 1 perfume and she said she couldn't. I asked how would I know if I'd like it for my husband she said I'd have to purchase it then return it if I didn't like it. Absolutely flabbergasted. She was not pleasant to work with. And I hope this gets situated asap. I cannot imagine how many times she's made people purchase items when she could simply give a sample. Dillards you need to get new associates.

Usually don’t have any issues with Dillard’s however today my husband was trying on Jeans and stuck his foot in multiple pins laying on the carpet. We looked around and found hundreds lying around everywhere. I’m rating one star because when we told the sales associate she said “Oh yea they’re everywhere. How did the jeans fit?” Unbelievable. Not only did she already KNOW, no one has cleaned it up, and she didn’t care about having had to pull pins out of my husband’s foot. Talk about not caring about health and safety. In a time like this?? Thumbs down!!

Went fragrance shopping with a friend decided to branch out on my own. The sales associate was both allusive & convincing. I walked out damn near $200 lighter than I came in. Can't wait to go back & spend some more. Service with a smile!

After being upset that their website wouldn’t show me store availability, forcing me to call each location individually. Finally I reached this location and I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was so nice and found the size I needed. All I told her was that I’ll be by there today. After I get to their location, I was helped by a gentleman donning his Baylor accessories. He helped me look for my size because I couldn’t find them. After telling him my size, he informed me that the 1st lady I spoke to actually put them to the side for me. I was pleasantly surprised because I didn’t ask her to do that for me. I was only going to buy one of the colors BUT due to the exceptional customer service, I purchased both! In and out of there in about 5min...nnThank you Dillards Team!
