Great customer service. And very helpful, good prices as well i was reading some of the reviews and personally if you cant afford glasses like what they sell then don't go simple as that not everyone has money like other people, And if the glasses DON'T fit your face guess there not meant for you JS

Been calling trying to speak to someone for days and no one ever answers. SO I finally decided to go in to the store. No one was around to help. I waited for ever and nothing. I asked for someone else from another counter to help and was still not able to get any assistance. Bottom Line their customer service sucks! We will see how much longer their little kiosk survives at Macy's. Don't think it will be to long especially being run this way.
The young lady there was very helpful
Totally unhappy go to another sunglasses hut but not this one . The big guy working there looking at us suspiciously when we came to spend money. Sad
