First time shopping there. I found some huge bottles of my favorite cologne that usually cost $85 to $90. I found the for 40 a piece. I was so excited. Had a lot of sale items.
Smelled nice and bathrooms were immaculate. Very cool to have a mother’s room.nnTwo stars because we came in with our daughters wanting to buy them some new gold earrings. We were in work out clothes. We hung around the jewelry and employees had a conversation 5 feet from us for several minutes, glancing our way but never offering help. Then they finally broke up and one lady went to the jewelry counter and started doing something else without ever greeting us.nnWe left even though we had what we wanted picked out. Would’ve been a couple hundred dollars but I guess we didn’t look like we had the $ to be there and deserve customer service.
The girl in returns is so incredibly unapologetically slow. So many unnecessary steps, stopping for 4 min to untangle a necklace with 25 people behind us. Really bad customer service.
so bummed. After Governor Abbot declared we are a mask free state, the manager hunted me down in the shoe aisle (I had not seen another human for ten minutes), and said I needed to mask up or leave. This is quite disappointing given the fact that there is no science to back up the masks, in fact, they cause cancer, and are linked to a plethora of other medical conditions....
Spacious and not full of people. Terrific deals. I got Sanuk sandals for $7!
