Maggi saved the day!!!
Moving this morning was a DISASTER. We had a reservation at the Orem location. They were closed even though they were advertised open.
Already frustrated- we tried calling other locations with no luck- until we got ahold of Maggi. She was awesome and solved our problems quickly and efficiently.

Rented a van for 4 hours, one full hour was spent checking out online. Customer service agents Danielle and Tammy were very slow to respond (5 mins wait for a response), and the van was filthy. They also needed information like alternate contacts and phone numbers, which they should definitely ask me for when I complete my reservation. One star user experience because I felt like UHaul doesn't care.
I have a good experience on making an appointment on internet but it takes longer when you try to pick up the rental make do all over again
