Visited today while at la cantera, ordered a bucket to share withy family, I was told there would be a 10 min wait and had no issue at all, we ended up waiting closer to 15/20 minutes but we were still optimistic. Then we started eating them and the 27$ bucket of pretzels was so bitter/sour it was Inedible. I've never had pretzels that tasted that way before. Not sure if they used too much baking soda or what

My husband and I were at La Cantera mall and decide to stop for a pretzel dog and pretzel bites. We stood in line for 20 minutes with maybe 4 people in front of us. Now the pretzels are always good but the time management of this place needs to be corrected. There were 4 people working. Once we were finally up to order, there were 10 people behind us at this point, we decided to just order whatever was under the heat lamp so we didn't have to wait. The young lady that was taking our order was very slow. This is an environment where you have a line of at least 10 people waiting in the San Antonio heat for a pretzel and a drink, the line should be moving much much faster. A young man who ordered before us, I think mini pretzel dogs, was told his order would take 10 minutes. My husband and I decided to sit and eat our order. By the time we were done, 20 minutes later, the young man still had not received his order. I will reiterate the pretzels themselves are good the service time needs improvement for customer's and owner's sake.

We arrived at the window to one employee with one shriveled pepperoni pretzel. He acknowledged us twice and kept making pretzels. If you want a pretzel don’t stop here

If I could give fewer than one star I would. They are slower than molasses, have only one window open and ZERO sense of urgency. I waited in line for ten minutes. Mind you, I was only the 4th person in line. Not going back there.

They made me go through the line twice... said wait for the other cashier... and then went to the same cashier and they finally gave me the order.
